PAYMENT & ORDERS:
Payment for orders are made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Payment on our site is taken through Paypal. Please note you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal, you can simply enter your card details and pay directly. We accept Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, through Paypal as valid payment methods. Your transaction will be processed in an encrypted secure way.
By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Tinker Tailor Ltd trading here as Collectors Item to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Collectors Item/Tinker Tailor cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.
PROMOTIONAL CODES DISCLAIMER
Promotional codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and media codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free p&p, discount offers, products reduced in price, sample sale or seasonal sale.
SALE DISCLAIMER
At times stock levels can become low as each sticker is handmade. We update the web site regularly but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card.

LEGAL STATEMENT
Tinker Tailor trading here as Collectors Item: our total liability for any claim whatsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Tinker Tailor/Collectors Item to the customer. Tinker Tailor/Collectors Item shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Tinker Tailor/Collectors Item cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the product.
Tinker Tailor/Collectors Item can not take responsibility for erroneous application of it’s Garment Stickers. This sticker is designed for one time application and should not be removed and repositioned. Adhesive residue may remain if sticker is removed. Tinker Tailor/ Collectors Item is not liable for any damage caused by the removal of this sticker. This sticking material is not hazardous but should be used only for the purpose indicated and should be kept out of the reach of children and animals. This is not a children’s toy.
Goldwork hand embroidery is by nature very delicate and should therefore be handled with care. Threads and beads can become loose if roughly handled. Tinker Tailor/Collectors item can not be held responsible for damage caused by the stickers once applied or to the stickers after use.. Dry clean only at owners risk, please keep this sticker dry and away from abrasive surfaces.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
